About Lori
Lori King is an Executive Vice President at CORE Commercial Real Estate.
She has represented clients in both the public and private sectors, including local, national, and international organizations from various sectors, including oil & gas, engineering, and financial. She has also been actively involved in the planning phase of numerous development projects. Lori was a senior consultant on the asset management team for two large development and holding corporations; this has given her the knowledge and experience to understand the landlord and tenant perspectives when resolving complex real estate issues.
Lori’s ability to articulate market trends, find value, and reduce risk and cost in investment and leasing transactions has allowed her clients to shape and implement long-term, cost-effective real estate solutions.
About Gary
Gary has been in the commercial real estate industry for 34 years in both Vancouver and Calgary.
Most of his career was spent as a landlord’s agent but in recent years has changed his focus to representing the interests of tenants. Countless hours spent in the offices of building owners has given him a thorough understanding of the criteria a variety of landlords use when evaluating an offer to lease and an excellent working knowledge of the lease document.
Gary uses this experience to put the tenant in control of the negotiation and obtain the best lease terms possible.

Jeff Thomson is an Executive Vice President and Principal of CORE Commercial Real Estate.
Jeff takes the time to comprehend the motivations of his clients and provides trusted market intelligence, unbiased insight and expertise. Jeff’s strengths and experience include lease negotiations, investment sales, detailed financial analysis, and acquisitions/dispositions. Jeff has worked with companies across a vast number of industries, including energy, legal, engineering, technology, service and financial.
Over his career, he has represented companies of all sizes, from start-ups to multi-location corporations.
