Tenant representation and leasing
In most commercial transactions, landlords pay CORE’s brokerage fee. This means tenants typically pay no direct brokerage fee for CORE’s tenant representation services.
Our compensation generally depends on the lease size and term and is paid after a transaction closes.
Property Purchases and Sales
For commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, CORE is compensated by the vendor.
Transparency
